The Hydro Plants as Optimal Solution for Efficient Conversion Energy in Black Sea Environmental Conditions |
Victor STOICA, Dorian MARIN |
Abstract
The paper presents the analysis of the solutions concerning hydro plants, optimal for the energy efficient conversion in Black Sea environmental conditions. Wave energy conversion installations, their classification and the main constructive characteristics of wave installations are presented. Also presented in the paper are types of hydro-pneumatic installations suitable for the efficient conversion of the wave energy under the conditions of the Black Sea, such as oscillating, anchored to the shore or by talus dams, located near the shore, included in coastal protection dams made from reinforced concrete caissons and floating. |
Keywords: energy efficiency, hydro plants, electric energy, wave energy conversion |
